I am Goulven, French man, living in the Netherlands for about seven years.
My whole family is coming from Bretagne (Brittany) in the North West of France.
This is the region where crêpes are born!
As a kid, I have always liked to make (& eat) crêpes and I am now very proud to share this wonderful part of my culture to Amsterdammers.

My Crêpes !
They are:
- Always made with Love & Attention
- Made from an old Bretagne recipe...but that stays my secret!
- Not standardized: each crêpe is different than the other one
- Made (as much as possible) from quality products: 90% Bio (flour, milk & eggs)
- Smooth, flavourish & thin (no pancakes) but filling well
- For everyone: made up with cow milk or oat milk
- Done to be eaten plain or to be filled up with all things you like
- Happy to be warmed up again, regaining their fresh taste
